When booking a fishing charter with us at The Keys To Key West, Inc we take great measures to ensure accuracy and detail in your reservation so there are no mix ups.

The phone call:
We will need the following information from you to book a charter:
- your name
- phone numbers (cell preferably)
- email address and or fax number
- a current credit card number including the expiration date and security code for a 20% deposit
- your billing address
- where you will be staying while in the Keys (if known)
- how many people will be in your group
- and your dates.

We will not take a day off of any captain's fishing schedule until a signed confirmation has been sent back to our offices confirming you have agreed to the dates and our cancellation policy. This signature also authorizes us to bill your credit card for the deposit.

Our cancellation policies are simple. Cancel outside 7 days and get your deposit back. Cancel inside 7 days and we keep your deposit. No shows and cancellations inside 24 hours are billed in full.... No questions.

Captains are the only ones that can cancel a charter for inclement weather. If a hurricane warning is in effect on the day of your trip, full refunds will be awarded.
